Go to your user dashboard and sign in here: https://app.proxyrack.com/cockpit/services
On the left-hand navigation bar, click on the name of the subscription that you would like to cancel. For example, if you would like to cancel your subscription to "Private Unmetered Residential" proxies, then click "Private Unmetered Residential".
Make sure that the "Information" tab is selected, then click on the red "Cancel" button.
Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation
If canceled successfully, you will receive an automated message in your user dashboard stating so.
