The process to upgrade or downgrade a subscription will be different based on the payment system that you used to start your subscription.

  1. Go to your user dashboard and sign in here: https://app.proxyrack.com/cockpit/services

  2. On the "Services" page, click the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button under the name of the subscription that you would like to modify. Alternatively, you can click on the name of the subscription that you would like to upgrade/downgrade. For example, if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription to "Private Unmetered Residential" proxies, then click "Private Unmetered Residential" in the navigation menu. Then make sure that the "Information" tab is selected, then click on the purple "Upgrade / Downgrade" button.

  3. Your current subscription level will be highlighted. Select the subscription level that you would like to change to. The system will automatically calculate the price difference. If you are upgrading you will pay the difference in price to upgrade. If you are downgrading then the system will add a credit to your account that will be applied to your next payment.

If you are upgrading, the price you will pay depends on how much time is left on your subscription. Your prorated adjustment will take into account the number of days left on your subscription, the price that you have already paid, and the price of the new subscription. It will then give you a total that you will need to pay in order to upgrade. You can see a breakdown of this under the "Prorated adjustment" section.

If you are downgrading, a credit will be added to your account. This credit will be used toward your next renewal. The credit can also be used when upgrading a subscription or when topping up for more data with Premium Residential proxies. However, the credit cannot be used when starting a new subscription.

Note that when you upgrade or downgrade, the expiration/renewal date will not change. If your subscription auto-renews through Paddle, it will still renew on the same day of the month.

  4. Click the "Modify Now" button to confirm the change.

  5. You will be redirected to the payments page while the change is being processed and then confirmed.
