My Earnings Were Removed

If you notice that your earnings have been removed or reduced, there are a couple of common reasons why this might happen:

  1. Device Removal: The most frequent cause is that you’ve removed a device from your Peer Program account. When a device is removed, the earnings associated with that device are temporarily removed from your account. To resolve this, simply re-add the device to your account, and your earnings will be restored.

  2. IP Reclassification: Another possible reason is that your IP address has been reclassified by our system. Initially, all IPs are classified as residential (the default), but during routine checks, our system may reclassify an IP as a datacenter IP if it detects characteristics consistent with a datacenter environment. When this happens, your earnings will be adjusted to reflect the datacenter IP rate, which is lower than the residential IP rate.
