How do I start/upgrade/downgrade/cancel my subscription?

Start a new subscription:

  1. Go to your user dashboard and sign in here: https://www.proxyrack.com/access/member

  2. Go to the "Services" page and click "Get Started" under the name of the product you would like to start a subscription to.

  3. On the next screen, choose a subscription level, payment method, and billing interval.

  4. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the "Coupon code" box and click "Appy".

  5. Click "Buy Now" and enter your payment information as prompted.

  6. You will be redirected to a new page while your payment is being processed and then confirmed.

Upgrade/Downgrade a Subscription:

The process to upgrade or downgrade a subscription will be different based on the payment system that you used to start your subscription.

  1. Go to your user dashboard and sign in here: https://www.proxyrack.com/access/member

  2. On the "Services" page, click the "Modify" button under the name of the subscription that you would like to modify. Alternatively, you can click on the name of the subscription that you would like to upgrade/downgrade. For example, if you would like to cancel your subscription to "Private Unmetered Residential" proxies, then click "Private Unmetered Residential". Then make sure that the "Information" tab is selected, then click on the red "Upgrade / Downgrade" button.

  3. Your current subscription level will be highlighted. Select the subscription level that you would like to change to. The system will automatically calculate the price difference. If you are upgrading you will pay the difference in price to upgrade. If you are downgrading then the system will add a credit to your account that will be applied to your next payment.

  4. Click the "Modify Now" button to confirm the change.

  5. You will be redirected to the payments page while the change is being processed and then confirmed.

Cancel a Subscription:

  1. Go to your user dashboard and sign in here: https://www.proxyrack.com/access/member

  2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click on the name of the subscription that you would like to cancel. For example, if you would like to cancel your subscription to "Private Unmetered Residential" proxies, then click "Private Unmetered Residential".

  3. Make sure that the "Information" tab is selected, then click on the red "Cancel" button.

  4. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation

  5. If canceled successfully, you will receive an automated message in your user dashboard stating so.
