A thread represents a simultaneous connection to a proxy IP. Each request, such as loading a webpage, uses at least one thread.
Your total number of available threads is calculated based on the number of ports in your plan:
Ports × 140 = Total threads
For example:
1 port = 140 total threads
5 ports = 700 total threads
10 ports = 1,400 total threads

No. The thread limit is shared across all your ports.
For example, with 5 ports, your total limit is 700 threads. You could use more than 140 threads on a single port, as long as the total number of threads across all 5 ports stays within the 700-thread limit.
