If you need to request a refund, you may be asked to provide the transaction number of the subscription you want refunded.
You can find this information on your invoice.
How to Find Your Transaction Number
1. Log in to your dashboard
Log in to your Proxyrack account and go to your dashboard.
2. Open your Account Settings
In the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, click on your email address to open your account settings.
3. Go to the Payments tab
Select the Payments tab to view your payment history and invoices.
4. Download the relevant invoice
Find the payment for the subscription you want a refund for and download the corresponding invoice by clicking the three-dot menu.
5. Find the transaction number
Open the invoice and look under Invoice details.
Your transaction number is listed next to Transaction, as shown below:
Copy this transaction number and provide it when submitting your refund request.
