Referral Program: FAQ

All primary Proxyrack account holders are automatically enrolled in the Referral Program. Sub-users are not eligible to participate.

Your referral link is available in the Referrals section of your dashboard while your account is active.

No. The Referral Program rewards only the account sharing the referral link. The referred customer does not receive a discount, bonus, or Store Credit.

You'll earn 25% of every eligible payment made by customers who sign up using your referral link.
​

For example, if a referred customer pays $100, you'll receive $25 in Store Credit after the approval period.

​

Referral rewards are placed in Pending status for 15 days after each eligible payment.
​

If the payment is not refunded or disputed during that period, the reward is automatically approved and added to your Store Credit balance.

All referral rewards remain pending for 15 days to protect against refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes.

Yes. Referral rewards are capped at $2,000 in total. Once you reach this limit, you won't earn additional referral rewards.

Store Credit is an account balance that can be used toward eligible Proxyrack purchases, including subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, plan modifications, service restarts, and top-ups.

Store Credit can only be applied while you have an active subscription. If your subscription expires, your Store Credit will remain in your account and can be used once you have an active subscription again.

Yes. If you have enough Store Credit available, it can cover up to 100% of an eligible purchase.

No. Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account. It can only be used toward eligible Proxyrack products and services.
