Where can I find my referral link?

Your referral link is available in the Referrals section of your account settings on the dashboard.

Who can participate?

All primary Proxyrack accounts receive a referral link. Sub-users are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

How much do I earn for each referral?

You'll earn 25% of every eligible payment made by customers who sign up using your referral link.

Where can I find my referral link?

Your referral link is available in the Referrals section of your dashboard while your account is active.

Does the person I refer receive a reward?

No. The Referral Program rewards only the person sharing the referral link. The referred customer does not receive a discount, bonus, or Store Credit.

When do I receive my reward?

Rewards remain in Pending status for 15 days. After that, they're automatically approved as long as the payment hasn't been refunded or disputed.

When can I use my Store Credit?

Store Credit can only be used when you have an active subscription. If your account doesn't have an active subscription, your Store Credit balance will remain on your account and can be used once you subscribe again.

Why is my reward still pending?

Referral rewards remain pending for 15 days to protect against refunds and payment disputes.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

Yes. Referral rewards are capped at $2,000 in total. Once you reach this limit, no additional referral rewards will be generated.

What can I use Store Credit for?

Store Credit can be used for:

  • New subscriptions

  • Renewals

  • Upgrades

  • Plan modifications

  • Service restarts

  • Top-ups



Can Store Credit pay for my entire order?

Yes. If you have enough Store Credit available, it can cover 100% of your purchase.

Can I withdraw Store Credit as cash?

No. Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used toward eligible Proxyrack products and services.
