Approved referral rewards
Manual credits issued by the Proxyrack team
What can I use Store Credit for?
Store Credit can be applied to:
New subscriptions
Subscription renewals
Service restarts
Plan upgrades
Plan modifications
Top-ups
If you have enough Store Credit, it can cover up to 100% of your purchase.
How do I use Store Credit?
If Store Credit is available on your account, you'll see an Apply Store Credit option during checkout.
Simply enable the toggle, and your available balance will automatically be applied to your order.
When can I use Store Credit?
Store Credit can only be applied to purchases while your account has an active subscription. If you don't currently have an active subscription, your Store Credit will remain available in your account and can be used after you subscribe again.
Which payment methods support Store Credit?

Paddle Bank Transfer
Store Credit is not available when using Paddle Checkout.
Can I withdraw my Store Credit?
No. Store Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. It can only be used toward eligible Proxyrack purchases and services.
