Referral Program Guide

Earn Store Credit by referring new customers to Proxyrack.

Every Proxyrack primary account (excluding sub-users) has a unique referral link available in the Referrals section of the dashboard.

Share your referral link with friends, colleagues, or your audience. When someone signs up using your referral link and makes an eligible payment, you'll earn a referral reward.

Referral Rewards are valid for real new customers who register through your referral link.

Accounts not properly tracked using the Referral Program will not qualify for rewards. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or opening additional accounts to earn referral rewards will not be eligible.

You'll earn 25% of every eligible payment made by the customers you refer.

For example:

Referral rewards are initially marked as Pending for 15 days.

This waiting period allows time for refunds or payment disputes. If the payment remains valid after 15 days, the reward is automatically approved and added to your Store Credit balance.

Yes. You can earn up to $2,000 in total referral rewards.

Once you've reached the maximum reward amount, you won't earn any additional referral rewards.

To ensure the Referral Program is fair for everyone, we monitor referrals for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Referrals created from the same IP address as the referring account are not eligible for referral rewards. Any referral that appears to be self-referred or created to abuse the program may be rejected.
