We’ve introduced a new Sub-Users feature to help you securely share access to your active subscriptions with other users—without sharing your credentials. This feature is perfect for teams or organizations managing shared bandwidth and services.

What Are Sub-Users?

Sub-Users are limited-access accounts created and managed by a parent (main) user. They allow the parent user to share subscription resources like package amounts and bandwidth speed, while maintaining control and oversight.

Where to Find It

You’ll find a new menu item in your sidebar called Sub-Users. From there, you can:

  • Create/edit/delete sub-users

  • Assign portions of your subscription package and bandwidth

  • Monitor shared usage

Sharing Your Subscription

When you create a sub-user, you can assign:

  • Package Amount (e.g., data/ports/threads)

  • Bandwidth Speed

⚠ Note: The shared amount across all sub-users cannot exceed your subscription package.

Also, trial packages or admin rewards are not included in shareable amounts.

When you share access:

  • A new “Shared” subscription is created for the sub-user.

  • It matches the start and expiration dates of your subscription.

  • Any updates to the parent subscription are automatically applied to the sub-user.

Monitoring Shared Resources

On your subscription details page, you’ll see:

  • Package Amount (total resources you own)

  • Shared Amount (resources you’ve allocated)

Common Questions

Q: Can I downgrade my plan with active sub-users?

A: No. Downgrades are blocked if your subscription is shared. Remove all shared allocations first.

Q: Can sub-users access support?

A: Yes, for proxy-related issues only.

Q: Do sub-users need to verify or go through KYC?

A: No. Sub-users are created bypassing email and KYC verification.

Q: What happens if the parent user hasn’t completed KYC verification?
A: Sub-users access will be blocked until the parent user successfully passes KYC verification.

Q: Can I see how much each sub-user has consumed?

A: Yes. Check Webstats via the icon next to the sub-user’s name.
