The VPN is not connecting

If you have other VPN software installed it may be interfering and we would recommend you to uninstall the other providers software and run our installation process again.

If you are still having connectivity issues please try changing servers to a different location then switch back to your original desired location.

If this fails to fix your problem then please go into your Windows Explorer and type %appdata% then navigate to the ProxyRack folder and copy the log.txt file and send it to support.

Connectivity issues are very rare and can usually be solved very easily once we know what the problem is.
