How do I cancel and get a refund?

You can manually request and process your refund through your user dashboard.

Step 1

Click "cancel or refund" link that is next to your active subscription

Step 2

Confirm you want to process your cancellation

Step 3

Fill out our quick exit survey.

Step 4

You will see a confirmation showing you that your subscription has been successfully cancelled

Step 5

If you have a valid reason for a refund, you can then click "Refund My Transaction" to send the request to our support team.

You will also receive an email confirming your cancellation and refund
